This is the first one I’ve set up myself. I’m ashamed to say I’ve mucked around with it a bit. But, now I’m more knowledgeable! I did manage posts on Weightwatchers. I facilitate a challenge where I lead the post for the day, offer mini challenges, and keep track of people’s weight loss. Also, I have been using plurk fairly regularly since Ginger introduced me to it at the convention.
